Family-owned hotel featuring 12 custom-designed tiny houses in Southeast Portland's Kerns neighborhood. The property includes an outdoor common area with two fire pits, seating, and games. Located within walking distance of over 50 restaurants, breweries, and bars including Blue Diamond Bar and Grill, Mad Greek Deli, and Sudra vegan restaurant. The hotel is approximately 2 miles from Washington Park, home to the International Rose Test Garden and Japanese Garden. All units include electric heat, air conditioning, running water, flush toilets, and hot showers.

Twelve uniquely themed tiny houses ranging from Scandinavian-inspired Finlandia with cedar planking walls and maple floating staircase to Japanese-style Bamboo with Shoji-screen doors and traditional Tansu stairs. The Beach house features coastal design with turquoise-blue accents, Adirondack chairs, and a glass vessel sink above sand and seashells. The Cabin offers log home styling with tongue-and-groove cedar walls, acacia flooring, and antler decorations. The Modern house includes a see-through seating area suspended over the sleeping area and a rainfall showerhead. All units contain kitchenettes with refrigerators, stovetops, sinks, and dishware for light cooking.
